Our Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of DropScale Academy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we'll refund your payment in full. No questions asked.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date
- Provide your purchase email address for verification
That's it. We won't ask you to prove you watched the videos or completed any assignments. If you're not happy, we want to make it right.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply:
- Email us at contact@dropscale-academy.com
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide the email address you used to purchase
Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we'll process it within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, your access to the course content and community will be revoked. If you change your mind later, you're welcome to re-purchase the course at the current price.
